Module 2 Power Shopping
  • Prior to them traveling my buyers got their pre approval. I scheduled about 6 viewings on Saturday and 6 on Sunday and some of the home tours corresponded to open houses. We met together first at a coffee shop and showed them the listings to view. Each day we saw 3 houses, lunch break, then 3 more. I also scheduled in a park playtime for the kids and on the last day an ice cream shop treat at the end. While at the ice cream shop we reviewed the homes. A few hours later we met again, they decided on a home and I submitted their offer.
  • I will have to have all showings and information organized and ready. Then after showing we will rest and review all viewings after putting a memorable tag on each.
  • I totally agree with Beverly. We also have an app provided my our showing tool that can be used to share pictures with the buyer after every showing. Buyers can also add notes/ comments immediately
