  • In this segment Lorraine stated she will call the listing agent when in a multiple offer situation and explain the benefits of a VA offer over a Conventional or Cash offer. I would like to know what she says to the listing agent in this situation. I want to be able to go to bat for a Vet, but Cash and Conv are kings across the industry. Can she share her strategy in more detail?
