Since military families have limited time to shop, gear up for intense day or days of shopping for homes. They need to be pre-qualified or pre-approved so time is not wasted looking at homes they cannot afford. Wear comfortable shoes, have snacks available especially when kids are involved and take breaks throughout the day for meals and restroom breaks. If necessary take video , photos or do walk-throughs of the properties using technology to capture images, etc.

Be prepared...send a link (google maps) of the showings in advance--build in pit stops for snacks, meals, potty breaks esp. with children. Be prepared to walk--wear appropriate clothing for environmental conditions, comfy shoes. Capture images that will spark memory esp if seeing large number of homes...the beautiful back yard, the vaulted ceilings, the orange shag carpet.
