Military Market

  • To adapt my skills to sellers, I would prepare them with options in whether to sell or rent, educate them on the market and the value of their home, present them with my marketing strategies and what all I would do for them in order to get their home sold, and encourage them to trust in my ability to sell their home, even if they might have already moved on from the duty station prior. As far as building a referral base, whatever work I put into the military community can be seen via word of mouth, especially if the duty station has a high turnover. Becoming involved in local military events, advertising my business on social media are a few ways to gain new clients that will lead to referrals.
